The service was excellent during my stay.

The staff were very very helpful - excellent in fact. The room was large, and quiet - just what we wanted.

The heating in the room did not work. I was cold! Difficult to get to centre of Leicester in the morning, while I recognise that this is not the hotel's fault it is still something that irked at the time (as walking would have been quicker).

The room wassuper clean and cozy, perfect for a short stay. I encountered a dripping shower and only received one towel, which could be improved. Still, I appreciated the friendly staff and availability of free parking.

The units are great value with bath. They have tea/coffee making equipment and WiFi.

the staff were very friendly and professional, and the hotel is just a few steps away from some nice walking areas like Aylestone Meadows Local Nature Reserve, perfect for enjoying a relaxing stroll under the open sky, while the King Richard III Visitor Centre is almost 7 km away and offers fascinating insights into the region's history, making my city exploration all the more enjoyable.

Close to family, staff friendly and very willing to accommodate anything required.

The spacious room and the large bed. My husband is over 6ft and usually when we stay in a hotel, the beds are too small.

The fact that the swimming pool was not available was a disappointment.

It was just an optimal selection for a momentary visit in Leicester with excellent value for money. I appreciated that the room was clean despite the lack of food services nearby. Plan for takeout or find a café, as dining options are limited.

The location is great for me as I use it for business. However the staff are always very friendly and the hotel is very charming and comfortable

The receptionist offered to move me to a room furthest from a wedding reception. This was much appreciated.

I've stayed at the hotel twice within two weeks. On both occaisions the swimming pool was closed. This was a disappointment.

Spacious room, friendly staff, with excellent breakfast options including freshly cooked meals that were a real treat after a day of exploring the nearby transport links to the city center.
